Change the styles
Use your own leadership framework, its names, and the behaviours behind each style.
Leaders work through a few workplace scenarios to find the style they reach for most and the one they use least. Then AIReady PracticeLayer, which already has their full results, talks it through with them and adds one next step to a profile they can download.
Embedded in a wider Articulate Rise course, with AIReady PracticeLayer powering the reflection step. The assessment itself is a single HTML file, so it also runs in your LMS, on your website, or anywhere else.
1 / 5

Leaders first meet four styles, Director, Guide, Delegator and Coach, mapped by how much they direct and how much they support. The axes can match your own leadership framework.
Each question is a workplace moment, like a new hire skipping a step in a safety checklist. Leaders choose what they would most likely do, not what they think they should do.
Results show the go-to style and the growth style, with what to watch for and one thing to try this week.
An optional conversation with AIReady PracticeLayer. It already has the learner’s answers and profile, so it starts from where they are, not from scratch. Up to three replies in their own words, then one specific next step to add to their profile.
The profile, including the AI next step, prints or saves as a PDF. Leaders bring it to the workshop, so the first session starts from their own results.
See the self-assessment the way a learner moves through it inside the Rise course, including the reflection with AIReady PracticeLayer.

Most of the experience needs no AI at all. AIReady PracticeLayer comes in only where a conversation adds something a results page can’t: helping each leader make sense of their own profile. It receives the full context from the assessment, so it never asks the learner to start over.
A few minutes. Answers stay on the page, and the profile is calculated right there.
Optional. AIReady PracticeLayer already knows every answer and the resulting profile, so it opens right where the learner is: does this fit you? Then it builds on a real example and suggests one next step.
The next step goes onto a printable profile, ready to bring to a workshop or a conversation with their manager.
The self-assessment isn’t a standalone quiz. Leaders reach it after learning the four styles, and it leads straight into choosing their workshop day.
The HTML block drops into Rise like any other lesson, so the course team keeps building in the tool they already use.

Ground the AI conversation in your approved leadership content, and set how many replies it allows.
Point each profile to the right workshop, module or coaching session. We’ll plan this together in your demo.
Bring a leadership program to a 30-minute personalized demo. We'll explore relevant examples and discuss the content, setup, and support your version would need.
This is an example of a learning experience built with AIReady PracticeLayer. Your version would be scoped around your audience, content, and learning goals.
No. The scenarios, the profile and the download all run as plain HTML. The AI reflection is an optional step powered by AIReady PracticeLayer.
In a full program, AIReady PracticeLayer draws only on your organization’s approved leadership content. Responses are not stored or used to train AI models.
Book a demo and we'll walk you through the working version, including the AI reflection.
No. In this example it is embedded in an Articulate Rise course, between the lessons on the four styles and choosing a workshop day. The same HTML file can also run in your LMS, on your website, or anywhere else.
